"We have been working with TARC Technology Solutions for 3 years now. When they took over our account our IT was not up to standards and there were many issues related to security that we had to deal with. The network was unstable and our previous IT provider was not satisfying our IT needs very well. Since we moved our IT management to TARC our ongoing issues have pretty much gone away. TARC is now providing our complete IT support and managing our network servers and backups very effectively. The relationship with our onsite TARC staff members is more of a family type of relationship. We know we can call them and get attention immediately both remotely and onsite. They have really become an extension of our existing staff and we could not be happier with the relationship. I really enjoy their multiple office visits each month."
